For any employee incentive program to work, you have to know what your employees really want. For instance, it probably won’t be that effective if you’re offering tickets to the symphony to a bunch of rabid sports fan. Use your head when picking out the rewards.

Creating employee loyalty is a tough propostion these days, but I’m a firm believer in incentive programs. They really work!

Sales is a tough business, so I think salespeople deserve any incentives they get. After all, without salespeople, no business is going to survive for very long.

The American Worker definitely deserves all the recognition he or she gets. Worker productivity is at an all-time high! Give them those little extras that make them even more motivated!

This is one of the best ideas I’ve ever heard of for rewarding employees’ hard work. It’s also cost-effective, too, since it’s cheaper than giving raises or cash bonuses.
