My Sons Mark and John

Mark and John are my beloved 14-year old twins.  They grew up to be very close to each other and we have taught them to love and support one another even when they are grown ups.

But growing up brings changes that are inevitable.  For instance, they feel that they are outgrowing their twin bed.  We stacked them on top of each other when they were little, but of course five years ago they wanted them seperatly. Now, they want something different. They suggested that they have separate rooms since we have one extra room anyway.

So my husband and I decided to give the twins what they want.  It’s a good thing that the nearby department store was on sale so we were able to buy the mattresses, comforters and other bedroom effects at a much lesser price.

As for the bed frame, my husband did the carpentry since he had the skill.  We just went to a local lumber store and we personally picked the kind of wood that would be used. Oh the beds looked lovely.  My husband did a good job while we saved money from buying expensive bed frames.

Even if they are on separate beds now, they are still loving, supportive and playful.  I hope they remain that way even when time comes they already have families of their own.
