Now that the hustle and bustle of the holidays is just about over it is time for me to get on with my life.  I have things that I put off that need to be taken care of, so there is no time like the present to do that.

One of the things that I have really been putting off is deciding which model of hearing aid to buy.  Sadly, it seems like my hearing has left me, and since my work depends on being able to hear my client’s needs, getting one is not an option – it is a necessity.

So, I have been pouring over hearing aids comparisons, trying to find the perfect one for me.  Do I want one that is larger, but has clearer sound, or do I want one that is unnoticeable?

It has definitely been a struggle.

I just wish it was as easy as looking at the hearing aid prices and picking the one that matched my budget, but since I have some health coverage for work, price isn’t an issue – they will pretty much cover whatever I spend.

I might just have to go in to my doctor and ask him which would be best for me – at the rate I am going, I will never figure it out for myself.
