FL Realty Conference Inspires Optimism
By soDeep in Real Estate | 0 comments
A recent Tampa realty conference gives people in the Florida real estate business some hope for the near future. The market for Florida real estate has been tough (just like it’s been tough almost everywhere else in the nation) but it looks like times are finally starting to change. Realtors in Tampa Florida who attended the event were all cautiously optimistic about what looks to be a good year for realty on our horizon.
One of the reasons that speakers and attendees were cautious in their optimism was because they know that they’re not in the clear yet. One of the hopes for Florida home buyers is that tax credits for first-time home buyers will be extended by Congress in the year to come. If the market were already doing great then that would be unlikely to happen. The hope is that these benefits will still be made available even as the Florida real estate market continues to improve.
Only time is going to tell what will happen with Florida realty. However, the signs are all pointing towards rays of sunshine for this market. That’s a great thing for the Sunshine State! We don’t want to get too excited too quickly but it seems like this cautious optimism is here to stay.
