One of the most frustrating things about this time of year is that everyone is so busy that most of us lose track of things.  It seems that between getting the house all decorated and going out to buy presents that time just flies by, and we just don’t know what is going on.

I found myself in this position today, and let me tell you that it has been very frustrating.  We have been packing up for our trip that we will be leaving on in just two days, and therefore things have been a little crazier than usual.

I would like to think that I am pretty successful when it comes to organizing, and even make lists, but it sure didn’t help me today at all.  In fact, right now I just feel like burning the list.

I thought that I had everything together until I went to look for our digital camera.  No trip would be complete without it, and I wanted to make sure that the batteries were charged before we left.  I was the last one that had it, and I was sure I put it in the camera bag.

It should have been an easy process, but unfortunately we have about five camera cases that we use, and I wasn’t sure which one it was in.  I was able to find three of them, but as for the other two, I don’t know where they are.

I just hope that I can find the camera before we get on the plane – it would be really sad not to have any pictures of the trip that I could scrapbook.
